I’m Arfan, productivity & performance coach, husband, and father of three! I help entrepreneurs improve their lives so they can do more in a day than others do in a week. I know how it feels. For many years, my wife and I built our business while I was going to college, raising three kids, and working a high-stress corporate job. The list of things to do for our business and for my job never ended. However, they would all get done! Our friends and family often wondered how we are able to do it.

Since I was a young boy, I have always managed to find the easiest and quickest way to get from point A to B. Throughout high school, I would always find a way to get all my school work done and have more than enough time to play video games (at the time this was a really strong why!). As I entered the workforce, my managers were surprised with how much I was able to get done in the store. This led to me having my first management job when I was just 18 years old.

Throughout the years, I never gave much thought to this until my wife pointed out that I always seem to have the best and fastest ways to get things done. She would give me her list and I would tell her what to do first, second, third, etc. A few hours later she would be as happy as ever because she finally got everything done.

I began to attend conferences, join programs, and read books around increasing performance and productivity. This was different from what I learned in my college business classes about increasing productivity. I was starting to dig deep on myself and the decisions I made that linked to getting more done. I began to notice that there were clear habits, thoughts, and actions we do that clearly increases or decreases our productivity.

There are things that you do unconsciously on a daily basis that determine how much you will get done for that day, week, month, or year. You end up feeling overwhelmed, drained, and distracted because of all there is to do. Before you know it, your to-do list gets larger, and you’re still trying to accomplish the same thing you said should have been done a long time ago.
